What you are in private, is what you really believe. So to truly be a person of integrity means to hold your beliefs intact and to live it out when people are looking and applauding you or when people malign you, and forget about you. The martyr's faith, the martyr's integrity that they'd rather, lay their lives down than violate what they believe. Integrity and what we believe will be revealed in a time of crisis. A godly leader's desire for integrity is a longing to both and think in the way of Jesus. A godly leader's desire for integrity is to walk in the way of Jesus.
