Jesus tells those of us in His Church to be ONE. Really?

Unity...what a concept. Jesus expect the church to be one? I would suggest that the universal church today is anything but unified and sadly, I think breaks the heart of Jesus. He prayed for oneness. He prayed it for his disciples and I dare say; subsequently, he prayed it for us.
