Baptism is a washing away of who we were before and starting over. The sins that infect our lives must be removed. We rise from the water made new. We begin a life with the crucial piece at the center. All our decisions, attitudes and actions are now shaped by the grace of Jesus Christ and in the power of His Spirit.   This Sunday we will take a deeper dive into baptism (see what I did there). We will look at the significance of Jesus's baptism. Obviously, for Jesus there are different implications for His baptism than there are for ours.
