At some point in life, most of us have cried out, "God, you don't know how I feel. You just don't understand."

These statements aren't true.

Jesus does know how you feel, and he does understand.

Consider these words about Jesus...

"For we do not have a high priest who is unable to sympathize with our weaknesses, but we have one who has been tempted in every way, just as we are yet was without sin."

Jesus knows you. He knows your weaknesses, your struggles, your worries. He knows your temptations. He has experienced every one.

Yes, he understands.

And because he understands he is patient with you. Because love is patient.
