Do you feel like we (as a church, as followers of Jesus) understand sin in a proper perspective? Why or why not?

Have you ever encountered someone who felt that their sin was too great to be forgiven? Have you ever felt this way? What is the bible’s answer to this?

Do some people have trouble admitting they are broken and sinful (separated from God)? How do we engage well with them?

Do you ever find yourself being judgmental of people you perceive as “more sinful” than you? What can we do to resist this and appropriately connect with them?

Discuss healthy ways to find the balance between grace, forgiveness, repentance, righteous living and relationship with Jesus.
