How is it Jesus could say he isn't here for peace when he commanded his followers in the sermon on the mount to be peacemakers? We Christians try to avoid to all conflict concerning religion sometimes but perhaps that's not our call. God is inviting each of us to be desirous to fellowship with Messiah in similar sufferings so that we can experience the unconquerable power of the Gospel. Be blessed and enjoy!
