God's view on marriage according to scripture: It is a covenant, a public vow to be faithful now and in the future. It is a friendship, so the basis of dating ought to be friendship not physical attraction. If you don't respect and understand the power of sex and romance, you will do great harm to yourself and those you date. Marriage is the fusion of two lives into one by God's design.
