Ernie Bringas is an ordained Methodist minister, and served for almost twenty years before turning to academia. He taught Religious Studies at Arizona State University, and presently teaches at Glendale Community College in Arizona. Ernie is the author of Jesusgate, a history of concealment unraveled, a scholarly yet lively overview of the origins of Christianity, Christology and the Jesus narratives, how and which books entered the canon, and the disgreements and agreements among biblical scholars over the centuries.
