Jewish King - Gentile Rules?

I have something I have been pondering lately.

Why is it that most professing Christians reject the very culture and ways of

the Jewish Messiah Jesus the Christ (Yeshua Hamashiach)

and replace it with other Cultures forms of worshipping Him,

while the Jews reject the very same Messiah?
