We welcome our buddy Allen to the show.  Allen was a leasing consultant but was recently promoted to Assistant Property Manager!  Please excuse Rich for eating at the start of the episode.  Of course we're all over the map on this one but one thing that keeps coming up is Allen is Half Jewish and Half Mexican.  So we pry into that and his upbringing. Don't mess with Guero when he's on the grill.  Rick's dad doesn't break character, not even for his own grand daughter.  We learn a lot about Rich that we honestly didn't ask for or what to know. Maintenance and Office staff are ultimately on the same team!
