This week, we had our special guest and friend, JF Benoist. He is the author of Addicted to the Monkey Mind: Change the Programming That Sabotages Your Life. This was an enlightening conversation about how the stories we tell ourselves can really influence outcomes. To illustrate this, JF shared some of his own experiences, and Bill used the example of some issues that his 14 year old son is dealing with. JF offered some great ideas about how Bill could be most supportive to his son.
