If someone time-travelled from the 90's to the present day, would they be surprised by the changes?

The world is much more connected now than it was in the 90's, thanks to the internet. Are people more open-minded and accepting of others thanks to the increase in social awareness and understanding?

Would the changes in technology be as shocking as we now have things like smartphones and tablets that were inconceivable back then?

Clothing and music have changed dramatically in the last few decades. In short, the world is a very different place than it was in the 90's, and someone from that era would have a lot to take in. How would they cope?
