As of tomorrow (Thursday) the Office of the Ombudsman for the City of Johannesburg will be kicking off what it calls seven-week Citizen Information Clinics Programme in Alexandra Township North-East Johannesburg. They are launching it under the theme “Here to Hear You", a campaign they say will cover all seven regions of the city with the aim of educating residents about their constitutional rights to fair and efficient basic municipal services.
