Weathergirl, Jill Walker has been targeted by a serial killer from across the US. Agent Ian Hamlin is on the case and things get complicated once he realizes where he knows this Jill from. She's destined to become the ninth victim in a string of horrendous murders, but not if Ian has anything to say about it.
