Jill tells us about the flexibility her business allows for in scheduling clients, and understanding that if a client wants something framed, it has significant value to them.   We talk about the process of client concept to finished product, and the various steps along the way.  There are differences in wood, French lining, shadow boxes, museum glass, and more.
