With over 20 years of experience in HR and consulting, Jillian has hands-on expertise in implementing every aspect of people operations, from benefits administration and compensation structures to talent management, while maintaining a focus on employee well-being. Her mission is to help organizations grow, retain, and engage talent to achieve the ultimate trifecta: high retention rates, happy employees, and sustainable bottom-line growth.

She holds a BS in Economics from The George Washington University and has been on a number of podcasts, featured in BoldJourney magazine, and spoken at DisruptHR in Baltimore, MD.
Beyond her professional work, Jillian can be found running outside, practicing yoga, or cycling on her Peloton. She loves live music, traveling with her husband and two children, and is an avid baker who can whip up a great flourless chocolate cake in a flash! Jillian's passion is people, and she loves making new connections.
