A school should be empty before the year begins, but one teacher keeps hearing things that suggest otherwise. Elsewhere, a piano starts playing at an ungodly hour, but the obvious explanation doesn’t quite hold up.

Then a nighttime walk through Salem takes a darker turn. And in Southern California, a huge unexplained craft hangs over a busy freeway in plain sight, but what may be strangest is how everyone else seems to react. It’s a Campfire full of eerie sounds, uncanny encounters, and those moments when the world suddenly feels a little less ordinary.

Sometimes the strangest encounters begin with nothing more than a feeling that something isn’t quite right. In this episode, ordinary places take on a very different atmosphere as listeners find themselves facing experiences they can’t easily explain. From an unsettling hotel stay to a bizarre late-night encounter in a familiar park, these are the kinds of stories that are unforgettable.

We hear a moving story about a loved one near the end of his life who saw special visitors. This week’s Campfire gets strange in a hurry. A lifelong experiencer describes a terrifying nighttime encounter that became much harder to dismiss when her daughter independently described something eerily similar the next morning. We visit a house where shadows in doorways were almost routine. A glowing green figures, and a family dog seems to do the impossible.

It’s an episode that leaves you wondering about how coincidence, memory, and the paranormal overlap in ways we still don’t understand.

This week on Campfire, a haunted bar serves up far more than drinks when missing shot glasses lead to a much stranger story. We also hear from someone trying to make sense of extraordinary experiences following a devastating loss, moments that seem to suggest that the connection with a loved one may not end when life does.

Then, a strange encounter under the Arizona night sky puts a mysterious black triangular object almost too close for comfort. And in a brand-new home that should have had no history at all, footsteps, slamming doors and repeated sightings of the Hat Man leave one family wondering what exactly they moved in with. It’s an episode filled with hauntings, strange visitors and those unsettling experiences that leave you with more questions than answers.

Sometimes the strangest experiences come with a sense that someone, or something, is watching or maybe watching out for us. In this episode of Campfire, a childhood home has a mysterious presence, while a wrong turn on the New York City subway leads to a dangerous late-night situation and the sudden appearance of two unforgettable strangers. Then there’s a bizarre Thanksgiving tale complete with the sound of shattering glass and a culinary first in the annals of Campfire.

Things take a darker turn in a park after midnight, when the desperate cries of a woman seem to move closer and closer. And that's only the start. It’s an episode full of guardians, echoes, synchronicities, and the kind of unexplained details that make you wonder whether coincidence is really enough of an explanation.

A creepy New Orleans hotel stay takes a very strange turn. Elsewhere, a silent triangular craft glides low over the rooftops in an encounter that becomes even more unsettling once the witness realizes other people have reported seeing almost the exact same thing.

We also hear about a fog-shrouded drive where the clock simply does not seem to add up, and two brothers who may have shared the same dream from different points of view. It’s the kind of episode that moves from eerie to deeply puzzling, with stories that leave just enough unanswered to keep you thinking long after the Campfire goes out.
