Jim Hickle started his career in sales.  He worked his way up into managing sales departments for different companies.  Jim ended up moving from Chicago to Minneapolis to raise his family.  He got introcued to 2 guys that wanted to start a telephone company, but they were developers and Jim had more of the marketing and sales background to help get the company off the ground.  Eventually, Jim learned all he could about telephony and he has helped grow the locally owner telephone company to what it is today.
