Jim Sprague, MSW, is the Chief Executive Officer of the Pregnancy Resource Center (PRC) of Grand Rapids, MI whose mission is to live the truth that people matter to God.

Jim has been leading the organization for more than 20 years. He and his wife, Jody, have been part of the ministry since its inception in 1985, the same year they were married.

The Sprague's have 3 adult children and one grandchild. Each of their children was adopted from an unplanned pregnancy situation, making Jim and Jody's heart and passion for pregnancy care ministry both personal and sincere.

In this podcast, Jim shares what the law about abortion currently is in Michigan. He also indicates the high percentage of abortions that come from Evangelical church-going families and how the PRC can help local churches lovingly and compassionately promote childbirth among those who find themselves with challenging pregnancies. Jim and Randy also talk about the value of children created in the image of God and how we believers should welcome children truly as a "blessed event."
