Many of us remember the days of walking into a pool hall, a bowling alley, or even a supermarket and being able to drop a quarter into an arcade game, be it Pac-Man, Defender, Street Fighter II, or San Fransisco Rush. How did those games get there? Well, that's where the route operators came in. Our guest is Jim Trucano, he grew up in the industry, a third generation operator, and he tells us all about the ins and outs of being an arcade operator back in the halcyon days of Atari, Midway, et al.
