She is the author of three books, 30-Day Practice to becoming the best version of you, Forty, Fit & Fabulous: Book 1 The mindset edition and Forty Fit & Fabulous: Book 2 (The Nutritional Guide). She set herself the challenge of becoming an author despite being dyslexic as she believes going up against your weaknesses is a must for personal growth.
