In honor of the 75th Anniversary of the oft forgotten Disney classic, "So Dear to My Heart," first released in January of 1949, Ruthie and Chris share the story of what Walt Disney cited as one of his all-time personal favorites among the many films he produced. First Chris will share the behind-the-scenes background and making of the film, then will relay the plot as both he and Ruthie discuss the talented performers who appeared in this sentimental family drama, set in the American Midwest at the turn of the twentieth century. And as always, you can expect little audio extras and songs from the film.
