In this episode we speak with Jin Kim, He is the owner and chef at Jin's Restaurant in Syracuse Utah. They make my favorite dish of all time, Tan Tan Men ramen. He is a fantastic guy who grew up in Korea, studied architecture, and eventually ended up opening a restarant in Utah. Definitely go check them out as soon as possible.
