武三: 現在已經12點多了，你們餓不餓? 中午要吃什麼?

Wusan:  It’s already after 12 0’clock.  Are you hungry?  What do you want for lunch?

小六: 我早上沒吃早餐，快餓死了!

Xiaoliu:  I didn’t eat breakfast this morning.  I’m STARVING!

施思: 你為什麼不吃早餐?

Shisi:  Why didn’t you eat breakfast?

小六: 不是不吃，是沒時間吃。

Xiaoliu:  It wasn’t that I didn’t want to eat --- I just didn’t have time.

武三: 快點想一想，要吃什麼呢?

Wusan:  Hurry up!  Think!  What do you want to eat?

小六: 吃便當。有飯、有菜、又有肉。快、方便、又便宜。

Xiaoliu:  A boxed lunch.  It’s got rice, vegetables, and also meat.  Fast, convenient, and cheap!

施思: 昨天吃便當，前天也吃便當，今天又要吃便當!

Shisi:  We ate a boxed lunch yesterday, and the day before that.  And today you want another boxed lunch!

武三: 咦! 不對呀! 你們昨天不是去餐廳吃海鮮炒麵嗎?

Wusan:  Eh? That can’t be right!  Didn’t you go to eat seafood fried rice in a restaurant yesterday?

施思: 那是晚餐。最近三天的中午，我們天天吃便當。

Shisi:  That was supper.  The last three days’ lunches have been boxed lunches every day.

小六: 嘿! 豬排、雞排、魚排，加上三種蔬菜，天天都不一樣。

Xiaoliu:  Hey!  Pork chops, chicken, or fish filet together with three types of vegetables...  It’s different every day.

武三: 來來來，今天我們就去學生餐廳吃水餃，換換口味。

Wusan:  Come on!  Today let’s go to the student cafeteria to eat.

施思: 好，我贊成。

Shisi:  Okay!  Sounds good to me!
