I went for a 2 hour walk last night with my bag of rice on my head! I walked both hilly and flat areas, sand, and packed earth.

I felt GREAT. Posture improved, face relaxed, legs feeling strong. Only a couple of side eyes from folks, but who cares. I’m over what anyone thinks.

Plus, I played around with my 4 lb ball and enjoyed the feeling of the weight on my muscles and joints.
