Jitana has a strong desire to prove herself in any situation. She started her journey as a baseball card store manager while completing her nursing degree. She explains the challenge of being a woman in the male dominated baseball card negotiation arena…and she thoroughly enjoyed it. In college, her father-in-law inspired her to change from a business degree to nursing because of his demonstrated commitment to service. Later she went back to business earning an MBA. Today she is the Chief Operating Officer and Chief Clinical Officer at Medical Rehabilitation Consultants. Having a growth mindset is at this leader’s core. In all things she cannot do, her mantra is simply, “Not yet.”
