First, Gordon has to retain his title against Yuri Simoes. If he does, then in two years' time, he'll be up against the winner of the absolute category at this month's ADCC in Las Vegas. That could be New Wave team-mate Meregali.

Gordon Ryan is back. The king of no gi grappling will compete against Josh Saunders at Who's Number One on June 20. It will be Gordon's first match since October 2023 and serve as a warm-up for August's ADCC where he is set to compete in a superfight against Yuri Simoes and also the +99kg division.
