JK is taking a different approach in this week’s episode to address a serious situation: the mental health of those working in the racing industry, specifically jockeys.

JK is joined by his Fox colleagues Laffit Pincay, III, and Richard Migliore as they dive deep in to the physical and mental challenges riders face. They also discuss how social media and addiction can make matters worse, and how therapy can make things better. This episode is essentially three guys talking about mental health in the hopes that someone who needs help hears it and can reach out. And to let others know about the challenges other people fave that they might not have otherwise thought about.
