This is our first ever TUTORIAL on the channel. If you haven't heard, OpenSea added the Polygon Mainnet for minting and purchase. Now, Polygon is a separate blockchain from Ethereum, but operates as a Layer 2 on top of ETH. I think about it like squares and rectangles. All squares are rectangles, not all rectangles are square. This is the same. All Polygon "side chains" are Ethereum, but all (in fact, most) of Ethereum is not Polygon.

This is the audio step-by-step for how to use your ETH on Polygon and things to be aware of. The big draw of Polygon is ZERO GAS FEES. But remember, you still pay gas to convert back and forth from ETH to ETH on Polygon. So it only becomes a cost saver if the amount of ETH you transfer is for an eventual 3+ transactions.
