Do you like trains? I hope so! Because in this episode we are bringing them back by discussing our passion for trains as well as our recent enrollment to Train Conduction School. Nevermind the vagrants who fry delicious eggs on trashcan lids, they may tempt and lure us train folk, but we are too dedicated to the craft. We talk about the many inspirations that attracted us to the trian life like fancy conductor hats and movies such as the “Polar Express”. We briefly jibjab about Steven Seagal and the story he broke that shocked the train community (it involved delicate touching and buffalo wings) before diving into little boys that have fresh young lungs. Josh breaks the news early about Fashion Week 2017 while Jill informs the listeners of the 25% suicide rate of train conductors and then there is the rivalry, Trains vs Planes. We close out the episode discussing our graduation thesis project as well as the train communities inspiring song, “Runaway Train” by Soul Asylum.
