First, we have Anna Keen. Anna is a powerhouse in the world of professional development. As the founder of Acre Frameworks and now her own consultancy, she has spent over 20 years bridging the gap between technical competence and high-performance leadership. She’s worked with the likes of Netflix, Amazon, and PepsiCo to help safety leaders move from "competent" to "truly effective."
And alongside her is Stuart Hughes. You might know him as the President of IOSH (2023-24), but in his "day job," he is the Head of Health and Safety for the Mercedes-AMG Petronas Formula One Team. Stuart lives at the intersection of high-performance culture and human safety, advocating that a safe work environment is a fundamental human right.
