JMT Media kicked it up a notch and switched gears on its Community Corner segments. We went ON THE GO and out into the community! (While social distancing and keeping up with CDC guidelines).

On Monday, May 18th at 11:00, Jaclyn Tacoronte, hosted her segment with the motivational, Aaron Dickens, CEO of Empire Athletic Group and his dedicated staff at Verrazano Crossfit in Staten Island, NY. Verrazano CrossFit is a premiere CrossFit family owned facility in hip Stapleton neighborhood of Staten Island. It was founded on the idea that focusing on the health of their employee’s would have a significant ripple effect on the entire company and, in turn, to the community.
