Inspiring interview for BBC Radio 4’s In Touch programme with  visually impaired professional Chef Jo Parsons about her  ‘Cooking with Confidence’ classes helping to get  visually impaired people into the kitchen, cooking and building their confidence. 

The interview was recorded in Jo’s kitchen, South Hams in Devon with clips from Jo in Sherford Village Hall kitchen  preparing one of her legendary ‘Pudding Club’ lunches which help to fund the ‘Cooking with Confidence’ classes.
