Jo Stevens from The Zen Zone is a mother of two adult children and has been married for 25 years.
In 2014 Jo’s husband was diagnosed with PTSD, it was an extremely difficult time for Jo and her family and her own mental health was impacted. It was through her families mental health journey that Jo learnt the importance taking back control of her own mental wellbeing and now her goal is to help others and put The “ZEN” back into their Zone.
The Zen Zone provide practical mindfulness tools to help quiet the mind with simple body Zen Movements to support strong mental wellbeing.
