In this episode, we chat with the brave Jo Thurman-Baker who is a young Grand Prix dressage rider.  The reason I asked Jo to come on the podcast was one to talk about her awesome achievements with her riding career but also chat about a blog post she did for the Horse & Hound on rider's fitness after she received a lot of negativity from it.
