Capped off the week with an interview with one of our favorite people, Joanna Schrupp! Both Tyler and I have worked with Joanna in many different capacities over the years. Frankly, the odds of being involved in a community oriented project and NOT crossing paths with Joanna are pretty dang low.

As you'll hear in the episode, Joanna is what they call a mover and shaker. She's not afraid to go after what she wants and take on big challenges like bringing new life to a 100+ year old state hospital. We talked about her childhood on the farm, how she navigated the "not knowing" during her college years, parenting lessons, and the importance of staying true to yourself when it comes to building a network.
