Joanna Smith, MSC, is a young black female geotechnical engineer who has contributed to society by utilizing and sharing her talent of initiating the merging of math, roller skating, negotiation, science, and art for developing young minds choosing their path for the future. She has many friends who are nurses in leadership. Her passion is ensuring that children of color can develop and utilize their God-given potential and talents, thus contributing remarkably to society.
