On Forensic Files Season 14, Episode 17, "Seeing Red" we learn about the case that is commonly referred to as the "Suitcase Murder". The body of Summer Baldwin is found in September 2005 in a suitcase in a Texas landfill. Using classic detective work combined with digital forensics, the suitcase leads investigators to Rosendo Rodriguez and the forensic evidence against him seals his fate. However, detectives uncover a connection to the unsolved 18 month missing children's case of Joanna Rogers. And after weeks of the most grueling search efforts in the landfill, they find Joanna also in a suitcase.
