🎧 Job 25–26 | The Argument Collapses

Count Bildad's verses today: six. That's it.

Compare that to his first speech: twenty-two verses. His second: twenty-one. Now six. The argument has run out of fuel. And Zophar? He doesn't speak at all.

The verse-count collapse tells the story. Human wisdom has exhausted itself. The form embodies the message. Three friends, nine speeches — and all of it wasn't enough.

Only God can speak now. The silence is the message. Stop explaining. Start waiting.
