Should I start working for a company or go for Higher Education. Very few people choose the latter. Very few dare to dive deep into the mysterious world of academic research. What motivates them to do so? What is so exciting about it that people are willing to decline huge paychecks in order to pursue it. We will learn answers to all these questions in today's podcast.
