This episode, I draw on my own experience from some of my previous jobs. I try to shed light on why certain people will not return to their old jobs; now that the world is slowly reopening due to the global pandemic. The data shows that in certain countries, there is difficulty in recruiting for the positions that previously the demand far outstripped the supply. The reasons may be different, but I try to discus how and why people are not re-applying and/or returning to the positions they once held.
