Housing Visions develops, constructs, and manages real estate projects that revitalize communities. Housing Visions serves diverse neighborhoods and residents including affordable workforce housing, special populations such as Veterans, survivors of domestic violence, and people in need of accessible housing. They are currently hiring maintenance technicians and an assistant maintenance supervisor.

Maintenance Technician

This is a Full-Time benefit-eligible position, Monday – Friday 7:30 am – 4:00pm, must be available for rotating on-call for evenings and weekends.

Pay range is $16-$20/hour. Plus $5000 SIGN ON BONUS!

Responsibilities

Will perform a wide variety of electrical, plumbing, carpentry and general building maintenance and repair functions related to the care and maintenance of Housing Visions residential units. Occasional night and weekend hours; must take rotating on-call hours.

Qualifications

Minimum two years’ experience in residential/facility maintenance

Valid driver’s license with no major restrictions and acceptable to Housing Visions insurance carrier required.

Reliable vehicle for daily use

Ability to operate all tools and equipment related to facility maintenance

Ability to lift up to 60lbs
