Before Lee, I had only been to Disney World once, for only one day. So my appreciation and fascination for Disney came after meeting Lee. I came in through the backdoor by learning about how Disney does leadership, management and customer service. But then pixie dust got on me and now I love Disney for all the same reasons everyone else does.
