It is forecast to move northward bringing rain, wind, & coastal flooding beginning in areas to the east of New York City Friday night and spreading westward into New jersey Saturday into Sunday morning. Strong winds along the coast and coastal flooding are some of the issues with this noreaster. Dry cool weather with sunshine will hold on Thursday and perhaps for part of Friday ahead of the storm system.
