Joe Biden has hired a black man to be the Secretary of Defense, because, as he puts it, "At a time when more than 40 percent of our active duty forces are people of color, it's long past time that Department leadership reflects that diversity.”

This is complete nonsense.  There is zero reason why the leadership should share demographics with 40 percent of our armed forces (and, to those of you following along at home, not share demographics with 60 percent).

It turns out Moderna formulated its vaccine on January 13, 2020.  It's just been approved.  Why were adult Americans not allowed to choose to take the vaccine before now?  ALL of the scientists interviewed by NYMag "expected the vaccines were safe and effective all along."  So many thousands more have died on the altar of bureaucracy and remote control of adults' lives.
