I have been wanting to talk to today's guest for a really long time. I began following Coach Joe DiStefano several years ago after hearing him on a podcast and his approach to strength and health (and specifically kettlebells) really struck a chord with me, and I've been a big fan ever since.
Joe is the host of the podcast Stacked w/ Joe DiStefano, and the founder of RUNGA, a wellness retreat/experience that after hearing him go more in depth on during this episode has me looking at my schedule to try to make a trip to Austin happen.
