Today's guest is attorney Joe Donahue. Joe is a longtime Annapolitan who went to the Naval Academy then became an attorney who recently filed a detailed federal lawsuit claiming racial discrimination and substandard living conditions against the City of Annapolis. We discuss the basics of the lawsuit, the history of African Americans in Annapolis leading up to this lawsuit and African American businesses in Annapolis then and now.
