Frederick MD based singer-songwriter Joe Ginorio has a new album and an interesting life's journey.  Leaving home at 15 to live on the streets of DC, he wound his way through DC streets, sailing the oceans as a merchant seaman to a two-year stint in the Air Force, eventually landing a job with the CIA before retiring and re-kindling his interest in guitar and singing.
