The first ever male to represent Great Britain in karate, he’s won hundreds of competitions and walked away with a bronze at the European games in the senior 75kg division.

Joe, is currently in training (three times per day) and Olympic selection takes place this summer.

He has been training since he was just 6 years old!

As someone that practised karate in my younger years, it was an honour to sit down with one of the country’s finest!
