In episode #3, Nick and Scott speak to Olympic Triathlete and new Dad, Joe Maloy. They start the episode with some old triathlon banter which leads to discussing his beginnings in triathlon, being an Olympic athlete, and his current life as a new dad.

Joe is a professional American Triathlete from Philadelphia. He swam at Boston College before becoming a Professional. Joe represented the United States in triathlon at the Rio 2016 Summer Olympics. Some of his other career highlights include 2014 USA Triathlon Elite National champion, 2014 Lifetime Fitness Oceanside Champion, 2015 Noosa Triathlon Champion (1st American Male or Female to win the title), 2015 USA Triathlon Elite National, 2016 Escape from Alcatraz Champion, and Champion in the 2016 World Mixed Relay. Joe is a new father and works for USATriathlon usually hanging around Naples, FL.
